Quick answer: For the next 21 days, we are choosing consistency. Not perfection. Not pressure. Not becoming someone else overnight. Just learning how to show up for ourselves in a way that actually feels sustainable.
Last updated: March 29, 2026
April 1st, I'm beginning again.
Not in a loud, dramatic way.
In a quiet, intentional, I'm ready this time kind of way.
And I want you to come with me.
For the next 21 days, we are choosing consistency.
Not perfection. Not pressure. Not becoming someone else overnight.
Just learning how to show up for ourselves in a way that actually feels sustainable.
This is your invitation to reset with me.
Why 21 Days?
Because we don't need forever right now.
We don't need a perfect plan or a five year vision.
We need something we can hold.
Twenty one days is gentle enough to begin.
And powerful enough to shift something inside you.
Especially when you move with intention.
Especially when you don't do it alone.
Built for Neurodivergent Minds
I'm not creating systems that require you to wake up at 5am or force yourself into routines that don't fit your life. That version of success was never built for us.
This is for the ones who:
- start strong but struggle to stay consistent
- feel overwhelmed by long to-do lists
- are tired of burning out every time they try again
This is for the ones who are rebuilding.
The systems I'm creating are designed to reduce overwhelm, lower resistance, support your real energy levels, and make showing up feel safe again.
Not rigid.
Not exhausting.
Just supportive.
What We're Actually Doing
For 21 days, we are committing to consistency in our own lives.
Your goals might look like:
- going to the gym three times a week
- posting content consistently
- finishing your school work
- keeping your space clean
- taking care of your mental health
There is no one version of success here.
You choose your focus.
You choose your pace.
The only rule is that you don't abandon yourself.
The Systems I'm Building
Because motivation comes and goes. But systems are what carry you through.
The Three Things Rule
Each day, I focus on just three non-negotiable tasks. Not ten. Not an overwhelming list. Just three things that actually move my life forward.
If I complete those, I've done enough.
The Bare Minimum Reset
On hard days, I scale everything down.
Film one clip. Write one sentence. Move my body for five minutes.
We are releasing the all-or-nothing mindset.
Showing up imperfectly still counts.
The Life Maintenance Block
Instead of letting chores build into overwhelm, I give myself a small daily reset.
Cleaning. Laundry. Dishes.
Not everything at once. Just enough to keep my environment supportive.
The Capture My Life System
Instead of waiting for the perfect moment to create, I document my real life.
Small clips throughout the day, turned into content later.
Less pressure. More consistency.
The Nightly Check In
At the end of the day, I ask myself:
- Did I show up for my three things?
- What felt heavy?
- What felt good?
No judgment. Just awareness.
Consistency grows from noticing.
What Happens After 21 Days
We keep going.
Because this isn't just a challenge. It's a shift in how we show up for our lives.
I'm building these systems to help me leave my 9-to-5, become a full-time creator, and build a life that feels soft, stable, and mine.
And I'm inviting you to do the same.
Your Invitation
Starting April 1st, we begin again.
Not louder.
Not harder.
Just more consistently.
If you've been waiting for a sign — this is it.
We are not chasing perfection.
We are becoming the version of ourselves who keeps going.
Softly.
Daily.
Together.
Welcome to your consistency era. 🌿
